Hardstop does not collect any data.
That is the whole policy, but the detail matters, so here it is in full.
Hardstop stores the following on your iPhone, and nowhere else:
tokens issued by iOS. They are meaningful only to your device, they cannot be
turned back into a list of app names by Hardstop or by anyone else, and they
are not portable to another device.

whether to ask you for an App Store rating.
All of it lives in a container shared between Hardstop and its own extensions on
your device. None of it is transmitted anywhere.

when you buy or restore the unlock. Those go to Apple, not to us, and we
receive no personal information from them.

entitlement and cannot see how long you spend in any app.
Hardstop uses Apple's Screen Time frameworks — FamilyControls, DeviceActivity
and ManagedSettings — to block the apps you choose. These run entirely on your
device. Hardstop requests access for you as an adult managing your own iPhone;
it is not a parental-controls app, and it cannot see, manage or report on anyone
else's device.
The one-time unlock is sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Apple
handles the payment and tells Hardstop only whether the purchase exists.
Hardstop never sees your payment details. Apple's own privacy policy governs
that transaction.
Hardstop is intended for adults managing their own device. It collects nothing
from anyone, of any age.
If this policy ever changes, the revised version will be published here with a
new date. Since Hardstop collects nothing, any change would be a clarification
rather than a new use of data.
